Here are some things to remember before picking up your V-Dock
3% service fee will be added to the invoice.

Instructions will be Provided for you. If you would like to review the instructions ahead of time Visit Our Help Page.
1. If you haven't already scheduled a pick-up date, please Call or Email us at least 2 weeks before you would like to pick up your dock.
2. If you are using our trailer, you need a 2" ball on a regular receiver & standard light connection . NOTE: 3 way ball receivers or a ball connected directly on the bumper will not work with our trailers.
3. For payment, we prefer a personal check, cashiers check or cash.
Visa, Master Card & Discover are welcome, but a 3% service fee is applied.
4. Double check your water depth at the end of the dock so we can fit your dock using right size legs. (For Roll-In Docks Only)
